The latest in a line of Turn Key Projects for a successful local company in Newtown Powys. Managing the project from start to finish including drawing plans, fabricating steelwork, site excavation/ landscaping, building foundations, masonry work, erecting steel frame, fitting external cladding, internal dividing firewalls, doors & windows, staircases, handrails & balustrades. Also organised and managed the internal fit-out of the building to include: stud walling, internal fire-rated timber personnel doors, suspended ceilings, flooring, bathroom areas with WCs, wash basins & shower cubicle, and a kitchen area to include kitchen units, worktop, cookers & sinks.
